Winter vegetable lasagne

Serve 4

8 sheets quick-cook lasagne
50g plain flour
50g butter + 10g for the dish
1/2 l milk
100g coarse parmesan
salt, pepper, nutmeg
¼ tsp curry powder
4 small turnips
½ celeriac
4 carrots


Peel and grate vegetables. Prepare béchamel by melting butter. Remove from stove and add flour. Stir in milk. Return to the stove and cook it until creamy. Mix ¾ béchamel with grated vegetables, 75g parmesan, salt, pepper, nutmeg and curry powder.
Butter an oven dish. Lay two sheets of lasagne side by side, cover with 1/3 vegetables. Lay on lasagne, then vegetables, two times. Finish with lasagne, the rest of béchamel and parmesan.
Preheat oven to 220°C. Cook lasagne 20 minutes. Serve hot with rocket salad and white Marius.
