Tournedos veal with mushrooms

Tournedos veal with mushrooms

Preparation : 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Serve 4

4 tournedos of veal
15g butter
250g chanterelles
300g mixed mushrooms
2 shallots
5 sprigs parsley
10 sprigs chive
2 tbsp oil
salt, pepper


Clean and dry mushrooms. Keep whole if small, otherwise, slice. Peel and thinly slice shallots.  Heat oil into a large sauté pan, add mushrooms and fry until all water has evaporated. Add chopped parsley and chive. Keep warm.

Salt and pepper veal tournedos. Heat butter in a frying pan, when foaming, cook tournedos. Serve immediately with mushrooms and white Marius.
