Roasted peaches with almonds

Serves 6

12 white peaches
2 eggs
12cl simple cream
2 tbsp. ground almonds
3 tbsp. caster sugar
2 tbsp. slivered almonds
 


Preheat oven to 220 ° c.

Peel and half and pit peaches. Place in baking dishes.

Beat eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add cream and ground almonds. Pour around peaches. Sprinkle with almonds.

Bake 10 minutes. Serve warm with Marius rosé.
