Chicken liver on toast

Chicken liver on toast

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes

Serve 4

4 slices of bread
2 tbsp grainy mustard or honey mustard
200g chicken liver
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
A few sprigs of parsley
rocket salad
salt, pink peppercorns


Peel, chop onion. Fry livers into hot oil, add onion, salt and let cook 5 minutes.

Toast bread. Spread mustard on. Top with cooked liver, decorate with parsley and rocket salad. Season with crushed pink peppercorns.

Serve warm with salad and a glass of red Marius.
